1.0 Return and Replacement Policy
Heritales follows a transparent return and replacement policy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
1.1 Eligibility
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or broken.
- The product received is incorrect or does not match the order placed.
No returns shall be accepted for any other reason, including buyer’s remorse or change of preference.
1.2 Return Request Timeline
- Customers must report a damaged or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery.
- All return requests must be raised within 5 (five) days of delivery. Requests raised beyond this period will not be eligible.
1.3 Condition for Returns
Returned products must be:
- Unused and unaltered;
- In their original packaging, with labels, tags, and accessories intact;
- Accompanied by all complimentary items or gifts, if applicable.
Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, modification, or mishandling.
1.4 Return Process
- Contact customer support at heritage@heritalesindia.com or +91 9310907179 within the stipulated time.
- Provide the Order ID, description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the product.
- Upon approval, a pickup shall be arranged by our logistics partner within 2–4 business days.
- Once received and verified at our facility, a replacement or refund shall be initiated as per policy.
1.5 Replacement and Non-Availability
Where a replacement of the same product is available, it will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt and verification of the returned product.
If the product is out of stock or discontinued, a full refund will be processed.
1.6 Partial Returns
In multi-item orders, returns may be accepted for eligible individual products, provided each complies with the conditions stated above.
1.7 Free Gifts
Complimentary gifts or bundled items must be returned along with the primary product.
